Customer satisfaction is one pf our primary goals and we strive to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy about a product you have purchased please contact us and we will contact you within 24 hours to attempt to resolve your issue. If you are not satisfied with the resolution we will issue 100% of the value paid as a refund.
Return Qualifications:
Item must be in it's original condition.
Item must have been purchased in the past 15 days.
Item can not have been personalized by custom engraving or custom cutting.
Exchange
All customers have an option to exchange any non personalized items with any other product offered on our website. Please contact us here if you would like to request an exchange and we will contact you within 24 hours.
